	JUNKANOO In costumes they dance to the rhythm of the goatskin drums, cowbells and other handmade percussion instruments. The costumes have become elaborate, depicting different themes and characters.
	The annual Turks and Caicos Islands music festival with well-known performing artists such as Lionel Richie, Anita Baker, Billy Ocean, Lou Gramm Band, Ne-Yo, JT Taylor, Stylistics and T-Pain together in a series of live music performances.
