Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association was formed in 2000. At that time, there were 6 founding members and approximately 12 active agents.

Today, 7 years later we have 16 broker companies and over 100 active members.

Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association has a successful MLS (Multiple Listing System) that enables the public and our members to access all property listings of the Turks and Caicos Islands

With the system the customer chooses an agent that they feel comfortable working with and that agent then works with all the other agents for information, setting up viewing appointments and making offers on properties. This saves time and effort for our customer, as they do not have to call every agent to ask about particular listings.

Once you discuss your needs and objectives with realtor they can review the features and differences of various options and help you focus on the best what fits your criteria.
