      Bahia Mar is a two story structure with many unique features including hardwood floors and customized cabinetry.

The furnishings are Colonial Caribbean and the villa is well equipment with all modern appliances including an oversized refrigerator.

The first story of Bahia Mar consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room and one bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

The sliding glass doors, that run the length of the house, open up to the view of the ocean.

The first floor rooms open onto a large 50 ‘ screened in porch, the screened in porch opens to the pool and 60’ pool deck.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the second level. All second story bedrooms open up to a balcony which runs the length of the house and overlooks the beach and the ocean beyond.

The bed configuration is one king, two queens and one set of twins. The twin beds can be pushed together and dressed as a king size bed. Each bedroom has it’s own TV and is air-conditioned*.
